General Terms
By becoming a member of ESL-Library.com you agree to the following terms on this page. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not download or print any material from this site, and not become a member of ESL-Library.com. All of the material on ESL-Library.com (including downloadable and printable material, as well as all written and image content) is copyrighted and owned by Red River Press Inc. of British Columbia, Canada. (Red River Press is the operator of ESL-Library.com.) All material and content that you download, print, or copy from ESL-Library.com as a member, a visitor, or a guest member touring the site, is licensed to you (the user) by ESL-Library.com, but does not transfer title (ownership).
Logging in and Using the Site
Your username (login name) is your email address. As a member of ESL-Library.com, you may not share your login name and password with any other user. If ESL-Library.com determines the account is being used by more than one user, it has the right to revoke the membership immediately.
My Library
You are entitled to use the My Library section to save job postings, links, and TEFL Training Schools to your own personal folders.
Posting a Job
If you are an employer offering jobs to teachers, you are permitted to upload your job postings to the site. All job postings must contain true information. ESL-Library.com has the right to remove any job posting it feels to be untruthful or misrepresentative. All Job postings, whether basic, or premium, will remain on the site for a minimum of 60 days. The job posters may edit or remove their job postings at any time.
Posting a TEFL Training School
If you are a recognized TEFL Training School offering courses to teachers, you are permitted to upload your school or course description to the site. All postings must contain true information. ESL-Library.com has the right to remove any posting it feels to be untruthful or misrepresentative. All basic postings will remain on the site permanently. Premium listings will be displayed for 12 months. If the school does not renew its premium account at the end of 12 months, the listing will automatically convert to a basic listing. Schools may edit or remove their postings at any time.
Use of the Flashcard Library (For Silver and Gold Members)
As a Gold or Silver member, you are permitted to use the Flashcard Library to find and print flashcards for your classes. The flashcards (images) found at ESL-Library.com may only be used for educational instruction in the classroom. The images may be printed as individual flashcards or images sets, or pasted into documents for creating lesson plans. (Documents include Word Docs and PowerPoint Docs.)
The images may be photocopied and distributed to the instructor's students only. The instructor may not charge a fee to the students for using these materials, and may not share the materials with other teachers. A multi-user license is needed if more than one teacher intends to use the flashcards at ESL-Library.com.
If a membership expires and is not renewed by the user, all printed or downloaded images may no longer be used.
Use of the Lesson Plan Library (For Gold Members)
As a Gold Member, you are permitted to use the Lesson Plan Library to find and print Lesson Plans for teaching. The Lesson Plans found at ESL-Library.com may only be used for educational instruction in the classroom.
The Lesson Plans may be photocopied and distributed to the instructor's students only. The instructor may not charge a fee to the students for using these materials, and may not share the materials with other teachers. A multi-user license is needed if more than one teacher intends to use the Lesson Plans at ESL-Library.com.
Each lesson plan is provided in PDF format. The content within the PDF may not be copied and pasted into other documents or edited within the document. The PDF may not be altered in anyway, and the ESL-Library.com logo and copyright information must remain on every printed copy.
If a membership expires and is not renewed by the user, all printed lesson plans may no longer be used.
Automatic Renewals
If you have signed up online for a Gold or Silver membership and used a Visa or MasterCard, you are placed on our automatic-renewal. This means that your account will automatically renew at the end of its term, and you will be charged for the new term. You can cancel your auto-renewal at anytime, by contacting ESL-Library.com (at least 48 hours prior to renewal date) and informing them of your request to be removed from the auto-renewal program. ESL-Library.com will send you a reminder email two weeks prior to your renewal date.
Privacy
ESL-Library.com will not share or sell any of your private information with third parties. All information remains completely confidential. As a member, you agree that all personal profile information that you provided is true and accurate. Should any of your user information be found to be false, your membership will be revoked immediately without refund.
Content
ESL-Library.com does not guarantee in any way that the content found on this site will be free of errors, defects, viruses, or any other damaging elements. ESL-Library.com does not assume any responsibility should any content you take from this site cause any damage to your own computer or files. ESL-Library.com reserves the right to add new content and amend or delete any current content from our site and service without prior notice.
Refunds
Refunds will not be offered on initial purchases of memberships. It is recommended that all users take the tour and view the available samples before making a decision to join the ESL-Library.com.
Refunds are offered for products purchased in the ESL Store, or for renewal payment for Gold and Silver memberships. Request for store purchase refunds must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. Request for renewal refunds must be made within 5 days of the renewal date.
Store Purchases
ESL-Library.com ships products from the ESL Store section to most countries around the world. Shipments within the US and Canada generally take between 10 and 14 business days. Shipments to any other country can take up to 20 business days to arrive but may sometimes take longer. ESL-Library.com does not provide refunds on shipments destined for countries outside the US or Canada.
ESL-Library.com reserves the right to amend its terms and guidelines at any time without prior notice. By becoming a member of ESL-Library.com, you agree to these terms and guidelines. ESL-Library.com reserves the right to terminate a membership if any of the user guidelines are broken.
