By using the services and products offered to you by Red River Press Inc. ("Red River") on the ESL-Library.com site (the "Site"), you agree to abide by and be bound by these conditions of use and all related policies, conditions and guidelines (the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree with all of the Terms of Use, you may not use the Site. Please read the Terms of Use carefully. As long as the Terms of Use are complied with, Red River grants all members of the Site a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site, subject to membership limitations.

Copyright

All content on the Site, including but not limited to all text, artwork, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sound, music, computer code, is the property of, or is licensed to Red River or its affiliates and is protected by domestic and international copyrights laws.

Except as expressly provided by these Terms of Use, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way, without the prior written consent of Red River.

Logging in and using the Site

Your username (login name) is your email address. As a member of the Site, you may not share your login name and password with any other person. If Red River determines the account is being used by more than one person, your membership will be revoked immediately and without refund.

Use of the Lesson Plan Library

As a Member, you are permitted to use the Lesson Plan Library to find and print Lesson Plans for teaching. The Lesson Plans found at the Site may only be used for educational instruction in the classroom.

The Lesson Plans may be photocopied and distributed to the instructor's students only. The instructor may not charge a fee to the students for using these materials, and may not share the materials with other teachers.

Each Lesson Plan is provided to Members in PDF format. None of the Lesson Plans may be altered in any way, and the ESL-Library.com logo and copyright information must remain on every printed Lesson Plan. The content within the Lesson Plan may not be copied and pasted into other documents, or edited within the Lesson Plan itself.

If a membership expires and is not renewed, all printed or downloaded images may no longer be used, and all hard copies must be destroyed, and computer files permanently deleted.

Lesson files may not be posted onto any public or private web server.

Use of the Flashcard Library

As a Member of the Site, you are permitted to use the Flashcard Library to find and print flashcards for your classes. The flashcards (images) found at the Site may only be used for educational instruction in the classroom. The images may be printed as individual flashcards or images sets, or pasted into documents for creating lesson plans. (Documents include Word Docs and PowerPoint Docs.)

The images may be photocopied and distributed to the instructor's students only. The instructor may not charge a fee to the students for using these materials, and may not share the materials with other teachers.

Automatic Renewals

If you have signed up online for a Paid membership and used a Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal, you become part of our automatic renewal program. This means that your account will automatically renew at the end of its term, and you will be charged for the new term. You can cancel your auto-renewal at anytime, by contacting us (at least 48 hours prior to renewal date) and informing us of your request to be removed from the automatic membership renewal program. You may also cancel the auto-renewal by visiting the 'My Account' page whenever logged into the Site. We will send you a reminder email two weeks prior to your renewal date.

Content

Red River does not guarantee in any way that the content found on the Site will be free of errors, defects, viruses, or any other damaging elements. Red River does not assume any responsibility should any content you take from the Site cause any damage to your own computer or files. Red River reserves the right to add new content and amend or delete any current content or service from the Site without prior notice.

Privacy

Your personal information will not be sold to, or shared with third parties. All personal information shared with Red River remains completely confidential. As a member, you agree that all personal profile information that you have provided is true and accurate. Should any of your user information be found to be false, your membership will be revoked immediately and without refund.

Refunds

It is strongly recommended that all users take the tour and view the available samples before making a decision to purchase a membership to the Site. Refunds on first time membership purchases are up to management discretion, and may not always be offered.

Refunds are offered for products purchased in the ESL Store, or for renewal payment for Memberships. Request for store purchase refunds must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. Request for membership renewal refunds must be made within 5 days of the renewal date and may be honoured at the discretion of Red River.

Red River reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms of Use, at any time without notice.
